The National Institute of Mental says an estimated 31.1% of U.S. adults experience any anxiety disorder at some time in their&nbsp; lives.
In general‚ about 1 out of every 6 adults will have depression at some time in their life.
Depression affects about 16 million American adults every year.
In 2010, over 253 million prescriptions of antidepressants were given out to people in the United States Alone.
Since then that number has increased by 30% every year.
