Welcome to the Athletic Aesthetic Podcast!

I’m your host, Vinnie Candelore but you may know me as VC2art. In this intro episode, I just want to introduce myself and let you know why I even want to do this podcast.You might think this is just about customizing shoes or talking about football uniforms or whatever you know me for, but this series on conversations is more than that. 

You see there’s three main categories of people who follow my work. There’s people who love sports, there’s people who love sneakers, and then there is this third group of weirdos like me who also make art for the first two groups of people I mentioned.My sports followers want me to create uniform concepts, my sneaker followers want to see custom shoes, and my art friends want to just talk about paint brands and complain about instagrams algorithm together

If you fit all three of those categories, this podcast is not only for you, but I’ll probably reach out to have you on as a guest at some point. 

My goal with this podcast is to bring these three communities together to look at all the things that creatively bring the world of sports to life and create this culture that we all love so much.
