In this episode, I share tips for getting your dream UX/UI Design job as a new junior designer. 1) First and foremost, learn about the design process from start to finish so you can prove that you're not just there to execute someone else's vision or make sure things look pretty - you have ideas of your own! 2) Work on projects outside of work hours. Showing that you want to be better at what you do will only make them want to hire you more! 3) Take initiative in sharing your thoughts with others who are working in the field. It'll show that not only do YOU care about being great at what you do, but also how much you care about what you do.
