Raveendhran speaks about behavior tracking, virtual reality (VR), and artificial intelligence (AI), which are utilized in many workplaces. However, as the usage of these technologies continues to grow and expand, she explains that employers need to think about how technologies impact and influence the psychological and social needs of the workforce. In particular, she examines how technological advancements influence organizational actors, workplace practices, and the management of employees.
