Carl is the Dean of the Business School at the University of Technology, Sydney. Carl has held professorships at Swansea University, The University of Leicester, and Macquarie University. Prior to his academic career, Carl worked in professional and senior management positions in change management and organizational development for AGL Energy, Lend Lease, Citibank and The Boston Consulting Group.
