Nagtrabaho si Ethel sa BPO industry for 15 years bago sya tuluyang nag-quit noong 2018 dahil sa sobrang stress.  Luckily, nadiskubre nya ang mundo ng freelancing.  She now works as a social media manager for a long-time client and kahit nakakatanggap ng offers to go back to a full-time job, mas pinili nya nang magstay sa freelancing dahil dito nya nahanap ang peace of mind.
