Hi guys,
I have been in a long battle with a certain Mental Illness since 2013 and am happy to reveal that i have conquered it earlier this year.
Since we are still within the Mental Health Awareness Month (October), i saw it befitting for me to put together this Podcast and share my experiences with you guys. Maybe someone out there might benefit from it.
