Combining her passions of caring for the well-being of others she has recently launched an interactive, in-person program to navigate stress and burnout for vaccinated women physicians. She leverages her talents in stress management with CBT training, mindfulness training and combines them with creating art, facilitating connections, and all accompanied by farm-to-table preservative-free delicacies.
