People have a right to know what information your business holds about them and a right to ask you to correct it if they think it is wrong. ✅
❓ Did you know...
➡️ even if there is no name attached, it can still be personal information? 🤯
➡️ if you business collects personal information, you must tell people how, when and why? 🤝
➡️ the term PII ("personal identifiable information") isn't a legal term used in NZ, and nor is "personal data" (used in the EU's GDPR)? 😯
