My name is Dave McKenna and I love my life and I love my wife, I love my faith and I love my franchise. As founder of “The Good Tidings Way” Conversion franchise, I provide struggling contractors decades of development within days, allowing them to thrive, making more money faster and having more time for family and friends!
As a Plumbing and HVAC contractor, I’ve always enjoyed my family and recreation, but I couldn’t be in two places at one time, and I would lose customers, something had to give. So, I cut out golfing, got busy and quickly grew my company to 20 people and 3+ million in sales. With that kind of success and freedom, I not only could play all the golf I wanted, but with the extra time and money, I would buy a vacation home on the Jersey shore, where I also fell in love with boating and fishing.

It wasn’t always easy though, that 1st team I formed? It wasn’t built on integrity. I discovered the people I hired, didn’t fit in with my core values and so they all had to go! After losing nearly everything, I gained my faith, an amazing trustworthy team, a new company name and grew an additional 25% to 4 million in sales!
Wildly grateful and transformed, the best part is, I've been blessed with a vision to share what I’ve learned through a national conversion franchise.
