An honest look at the Christmas story through the lens of the most prominent questions of its authenticity and commercialization.  This Advent series is designed to be the beginning of an ongoing discussion with Houstonians (and the world) about the real and revolutionary Jesus Christ of Nazareth whose birth and life literally changed the world.

Week 2: There is No Room in our HOMES for Jesus: (DECORATING)

Located in the historic Heights Theater, Upper Room Heights is a gospel-centered community where people of all races cultivate a fulfilling and impactful life of significance by coming to understand why they were born. This is done by inviting everyone we encounter to join us on a journey with Jesus where we: AWAKEN people to the emptiness of their pursuit of happiness and success, and present the Gospel of Jesus Christ as the “answer” to their eternal questions. CALL awakened people to the adventure of cultivating a life of Christian significance. CONNECT people on the journey to other people who have made the same choice. EQUIP people who have answered the call with the tools they need to make a significant difference in their world. COACH and encourage those who are on the significance journey in groups and one-on-ones. LAUNCH people out into the world to serve and awaken others.
