Moritz Bierling is an independent researcher, writer, programmer, and open source operative.  He has served as Chief Catalyst at Holo and was a senior strategist at Exosphere.  We had a great conversation exploring how Holochain is different than blockchain, the fundamental definition of “currency”, how the natural world influenced the metacurrency project, and we also covered some examples of people using alternative currencies to solve real-world problems.  Enjoy!
