Today’s guests are Dr. David L. Brock and Trevor Gormley. Dr. Brock is Founder and President of Liquid Intelligence, a next-generation platform that networks artificial intelligences for industrial and consumer applications. He was a Principal Research Scientist at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and Founder and Director of the MIT Data Center, as well as former co-Founder and Director of the Auto-ID Center. Previously Dr. Brock was a Research Scientist at MIT's AI Lab where he founded and directed a research group focused on semi-autonomous agents within large virtual worlds for the Department of Defense. David was also Founder and Chief Technology Officer of Hangout Industries, Inc. an online 3D social networking virtual world, as well as the Founder and former Chief Technology Officer of endoVia Medical, Inc., a manufacturer of computer-controlled surgical and interventional devices. He holds Bachelor's degrees in Theoretical Mathematics and Mechanical Engineering, as well as Masters and Ph.D. degrees from MIT.
Before joining David to build Liquid Intelligence, Trevor Gormley founded the Millennial View, a consulting firm dedicated to helping companies effectively integrate their current operations with new strategies to better fit the incoming generation of workers and consumers. Trevor has frequently appeared on CNBC's Closing Bell to discuss market growth strategies and consumer market sentiment for companies like Apple, Tesla, and IBM. He is also a contributor to BecomingHuman and Data-Driven Investor.
