At a Big 4 accounting firm, he worked in audit, tax, and valuation. Vincenzo was involved in Fortune 100 audit engagements and structuring & valuation for M&A transactions.
Later at Pegasus Blue Star Fund, Vincenzo assisted in closing $300 million in funds for tech investments. His specialization there included investment due diligence, negotiations, valuation, complex deal structuring, and managing various portfolio companies.
Since then, his focus has been offshore structuring and US tax for international corporations and individuals.
He has a Masters of Accounting and Bachelors of Business Administration with distinction from the University of Michigan’s Stephen M Ross School of Business.
