Greetings to the Living. Thank you for tuning in to the Up Is Down podcast and double-plus-good thank you to all who support this work. Today on the show I bring a boots-on-the-ground report from Ottowa, Canadaland, ground zero of the New Freedom. Or so it seems.
Joining me on the podcast is friend and returning guest of the show, invisible person and citizen of Ottowanistan, the legendary Mr. 138.
We discuss the situation on the ground from his perspective as a resident and un-trucked participant of the massive movement for personal choice. A movement that seems to making more traction than any other organized protest against the ever growing tyranny of the New Normalizers in Canandaland, or anywhere else for that matter.
How is that this time and in this way things seem to be making a difference?
What does this trucker convoy seem to have that the truckies in Australia didn't?
Is this particular protest actually making any difference at all?
Does the forecast look like micro-capitulation through micro-compromise, or will we be hearing the Honk Honk until ALL new normal policies are abolished from coast to coast and top to bottom? And how would that effect the good ol' US of A, eh?
Is the right to bodily autonomy in a prison equal or greater than the right to choose what size of prison you live in and the color of the carpet in that same prison?
Is the strategy on both sides just "starve 'em out" and blame the others, are we in a stalemate?
