In 2016 there was an epidemic of clown sitings at nighttime and in forest areas of the united states. Without explaination the sitings ceased altogether until 2022. Is it reasonable to think that this could be a returning trend with the upcoming election? Or was it just a bunch of misunderstood pranks inspired by movies? Wes and Bill discuss the possibilities.
