Last week my wife and I were talking about clearing her inbox in her email.  It made me think about us clearing our mind.  I decided to record this episode and compare the email to our minds.  How we need to clear our minds and delete things to be able to receive new messages.  How we keep thoughts that we should delete from our minds.  I hope you guys enjoy this episode.
