This week on the podcast I had Ian Rifkin, the Sr. Director of Recruiting at Endeavor and Head of Music Careers at The Digilogue. I wanted to switch things up this time around and do an episode that wasn't as focused on artist marketing tactics but something more general for those people that are looking to simply work in the industry. That said, I also think artists should think about working within the industry as well, that way they can build up their network and learn the ins and outs before going off on their own.
