In 1973, American pop culture was forever changed when THE EXORCIST hit theaters, and terrified the nation. The film, notable for it's frankly portraying the horrors of demonic possession, has shaped the nature of horror pictures since it's release. Today's script, THE WICKED DEAD by Seana Kofoed, borrows from some of the same high-stakes work introduced in that movie, though it crafts a moving procedural narrative to create something totally original.
