Nicole Davison is joined by Kolbi Estes, a small-town girl from southeast Kansas.  Kolbi is continuing to grow her following through her Instagram account, Wake Up Be The Change, with a passion to share what’s on her mind and has certainly woken up quite a bit of people across our country.  Her story is one of inspiration as we spend some time unpacking the foundation of her career as a Cosmetologist and discuss why she has made the decision to put herself out there in the world of social media to speak out on issues that are important to her.
