Everyone talks about the need to be authentic, but how do you find what makes you… you?

These days there’s an abundant amount of information that some people are developing and others are repeating.

In this episode, Tim discusses the importance of educating yourself to improve the quality of the conversations you start. The cycle of practicing, learning, applying, teaching, and repeating is critical for discovering our own voice and sharing thoughtful points in discussions with other people.
