Nate Palmer is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Founder of Bod in a Box, and writer for the Huffington Post. In this interview we talk about is his 5 minute rule, where you do something for 5 minutes and by the end of that 5 minutes if you do not feel like doing it then stop what you are doing. Most of the time, you have snapped out of that funk and what you were dreading is actually happening. Nate is about to release his Book “Passport Fitness: The No Nonsense Guide to Staying in Shape No Matter What City you Wake Up In”, this book will help you in your travels by not only working out but by what you are eating.
