We are for people who value their family, friends, and relationships over money.  We are for those who choose relationships and ourselves over the next buck or the next promotion.  Those things come and go, but connection is crucial. Coming from a fitness background, you'll see a lot of health information.  You'll also see plenty of information and interviews to help inspire, motivate, and cultivate a positive attitude within.  I've always seen myself as an "everyman" and as someone who stands up for "the little guy."  I like to "look after the neighborhood" and this is one way it can be done.
