Join us on our afternoon in the park, as we sit down to discuss some of the life challenges our friend Ralph has overcome to this point. Laugh at us being bullied by the park ducks! (They were the biggest ducks ever, practically swans!) 😂

Join me as I have some pretty raw discussions with a variety of special guest! No topic is off limits, the real thoughts and opinions we have based off our own experiences. My goal?? To show you the inner most personal side of my life as I struggle with finding myself through multiple mental illness barriers...Like I said no topic is off limits. I share my challenges with learning to live with Major depression, Bipolar disorder and Disassociation identity disorder. Follow me on this journey most of us are too scared to admit we have. I am slightly broken, but I am still a valuable masterpiece
