The first time we went into the Home Cafe, it was a weekend afternoon. By the time we had arrived, we weren’t impressed with the meagre selection that was left, as all the really good stuff had been picked over. So we didn’t get anything, and decided that we probably wouldn’t bother going back. But a few weeks later, Kristie had mentioned that a friend had invited her back for lunch, and she was impressed enough to invite me along for another try.

The first time we went there together, we only ordered one of their sandwich cookies for take away. Holy yummy chocolate chip cookies Batman!

After tasting that, we knew we wanted to go back!  The photos below, were taken on two separate occasions, but be sure to listen to the review, where we take a deep dive into sandwiches!
