There   are human temperaments that seem to be well suited to leadership.    There are positions in organizations which require leadership.  But   there is also a phenomenon where a person looks behind them and  realizes  that they are being followed.  Not by a spy or a private eye,  but by  people who believe they have found someone who knows the way.I believe that such organic leadership is often the product of some   simple disciplines which anyone can incorporate into their lives.  Let   me share five such disciplines which I have observed, and some of the   stories that have emerged from attempting to incorporate those   disciplines into my life.
