The Bible promises that Jesus Christ can give you a "peace that passes all understanding".  His peace is different from the world in that it can come at all times, even during troublesome or lonely times.  

This episode gives some very practical things that you can do to help you find that peace. Christians have many promises in the BIble and finding peace in the midst of chaos is truly a gift.  No matter what happens in life, our peace and joy cannot be taken from us because it does not come from the world.  We are able to find that in Christ.
