iZCALLi Is a genre-bending rock band pushing the sonic envelope of conventional Latin sounds. Miguel Aviña (Lead Guitar/Vocals), Brenda Aviña (Bass) and Luiggy Ramírez (Drums) combine to create music for the relentless, the determined…the immigrant song. In this episode Miguel talks about the band's diverse influences, coming up in Denver’s scene, and shifting the band’s identity from a “Great Mexican Rock Band” to a “Great Rock Band.”
