In today's episode, I share my experience of  my most recent life transition, the "quarter life crisis" - a transition which often takes place in a person's twenties up to their mid-thirties. I explore the three key phases I experienced during this particular life transition. Finally, I share a few of the things I've learnt and wish I had known about the transition into early adulthood and life in your twenties.
