In this second episode recorded live on the DCBeer podcast stage at Snallygaster we talked to Josh Chapman, owner of Chincoteague, VA based Black Narrows Brewing Company. Josh gave us the story of how he went from pastor, to chef, to brewer, to opening his brewery. We also talked about oyster beers and the styles of beers he focuses on. Finally we were joined by Will Rivera (Dream Stare Brewing) and Allen Willebrant (Fidens Brewing) to add some chaos to the episode.
