This week we traveled out to Upper Stem Brewery in Hagerstown, Md to talk with owner and head brewer Dan Wingard. We talked about how he first got into home brewing almost three decades ago, his time volunteering at Barley & Hops, and how he ended up opening the first farm brewery in Washington County.
