Menstruationnnnnnn! My favorite thing in the entire world. Not really! In this episode, I talk about the scam (it feels like a scam) that menstuation is. I go into (complain, really) about  ovulation, PMS, and the roller coaster of emotions that are involved with periods. I also give the guys some tips on how to be useful to us when we are going through this really difficult time in our lives. I hope you enjoy it.
