Ken and Mila first discuss the latest basketball politics, the art of 100 gecs, and give a Dostoevskian analysis of the modern simp. They are then joined by Andray to talk about recent calls to abolish police and other politics surrounding the Black Lives Matter movement.

Andray Domise is a contributing editor for Maclean’s Magazine. He has written on issues such as policing and racial profiling, US-Haiti relations, and pop-culture. Follow him on Twitter at @andraydomise.

*Correction for the episode*: Andray issued a correction for one of his statements in the episode about his comments about a former premier of BC. He was referring to James Douglas, who was the first governor of BC, and himself a Black creole of Bajan/Scottish background. The second premier was virulent sinophobe Amor de Cosmos.
