As two women soon to be entering the workforce, Kennedy and Hailey sit down to address the current status of the gender wage gap. They discuss how it has evolved over time and society’s role in contributing to it. They also tell some personal stories regarding why they care about addressing this issue. They are then joined by former ICAPP Fellow Kennedy Cook to get further insight into the pay disparity and learn more about how to correct it for future generations.
