<p>I am very excited to publish this first episode of Matr of design podcast. In this episode I'll share a few of my thoughts and some ideas about designing for neurodiversity, and we'll discuss some of the considerations for people with autism, or like myself with ADHD.</p>

The official podcast of Jason Dail, and UMATR. UMATR has the goals of helping people Overcome Trauma Through Cycling, building a community around that, and educating the larger public about trauma in order to become a more trauma informed person. Jason wants to break the silence that has kept trauma such a taboo subject. Jason is a survivor of childhood sexual, physical, mental abuse, and neglect. Cycling has been a savior for the past thirty years. We know that endurance sports are a haven for those suffering from traumas of all types. Now, we want to create a space to talk about it without any shame.
