About a year ago we had a chance to sit down and talk to three Ultimate Swimmers at the Utah Swimposium. Rowdy Gaines had an incredible career as a college swimmer at Auburn and also as a member of the National Team! Many of you know him as the greatest swim commentator of all-time!
