We know that when money is rolling, the love of our lives appears, or special events in our lives lift our state of wellbeing sometimes to places that feel like heaven!
But when things are not going the way we want or there is nothing particularly interesting happening in our life, or even worse, when things start to look very heavy or repetitive, or annoying, or scary; We tend to feed our minds with worrisome thoughts.
Or thoughts that give us no power.
And we doubt, we procrastinate, we even do things that are not conducive to the solution we are after.
I propose that you meditate for 20 minutes every day.
Try it!...or even better, commit.
I will leave a trail of changes for you to consider introducing in your daily routine if you want to get out of the feeling of stagnation and begin to move the needle in the direction of the solution.
