When nothing seems to work, when we catch ourselves saying ‘enough’ … when we thought that it was going to be easier but is not… when it feels that we are about to give up but we don’t want to… there is that impulse that makes us change the direction of our thoughts and if we learn to cultivate a simple discipline then our potential to achieve what we want has only  the ceiling of our own self-imposed limitations and beliefs and that ceiling is BREAKABLE!
