This week I'm fortunate enough to spend some time with Cat & Todd, two of the main engines that comprise one of the oldest breweries in town, Springfield Brewing Co. Their Greene Ghost is a flagship IPA, followed up by the Greene Dragon, the double IPA which has caused many a wild adventure, and this week they debut The Goliath. This bad rooster is their Triple IPA, and I am here to tell you, it's the smoothest ride you can hope for on the roller coaster of craft brews. Not only did I get to enjoy the ride, I got to know two remarkable folks who display a depth that never ceases to amaze me. Enjoy this truly fun hour!
