Robert Sapp, better known by many as "Fat Mac," can be found on University campus grounds serving students his fancy yet affordable signature mac & cheese dishes. After getting into some trouble with the law chasing after fast and easy money, Fat Mac course-corrected his life and channeled his energy into the kitchen. He now travels, feeding others while at the same time seeking new inspired recipes to bring back home and make his own.
