Carys is one of thousands of mothers in the UK who have had a child stolen by the State. Her daughter was taken on the basis of a false psychiatric report made against Carys when she was a child. Despite clear evidence which demonstrates the report was false, that the psychiatrist struck off, and Carys has raised another happy, healthy child, Carys is still denied contact with her daughter after years apart.
Carys has fought for contact through the Family Courts and the wider judicial system. She is either prevented from presentation of her evidence of innocence, or her evidence is dismissed out of hand. Her reward for the fight to see her child has been continued alienation, denial of access to appeal, and substantial court costs awarded against her. Her response is to speak out publicly with the UK Column to expose the continued gulag of the family courts and child protection system in the UK.
