The governments of Uganda and Equatorial Guinea have announced a new partnership. Under the agreement, the two countries will share information on government policies, regulatory structures and capacity building. As part of the arrangement Equatorial Guinea will also train teams of Ugandans in various oil related activities. The first team will be leaving for Malabo, the country’s capital city, later this month.But is Equatorial Guinea the best example for Uganda on oil resource management?
