Uganda announced its commercial oil in 2006 and since then, the country has moved from exploration to appraisal and right now we are preparing for development and production stages. The country spent about $3.8bn over the last decade. In this episode, we focus on Exploration Area 3 - one of five blocks in the Albertine Graben region.
