Do you find yourself overcome with feelings of guilt, even when you're not sure if it's rational or not? What's the difference anyway? In this episode, we dive into why some guilt can actually be beneficial, but holding onto it for too long can have the opposite effect. We also offer researched solutions on how to maintain boundaries and still support these who don't seem to ever apologize or take responsibility.  Guilt can be tricky, but we're here to open the dialogue and share our own, honest experiences.
