Mekhi is one of the most unique and incredible athletes I've ever had the pleasure to be around. His impacts on both VT Wrestling and his home community back in Somerset, New Jersey are accomplishments to be celebrated for years to come.

This is a conversation style podcast featuring members of the Virginia Tech Wrestling team. It's primary function is to provide fans with more insight into the athletes that they cheer for every weekend. Topics will vary with each guest and be listed in show title.

Host Ty Walz was a 3X All-American for the Hokies and currently trains as a Resident Athlete with the Southeast Regional Training Center (SERTC).
