Sara's husband Dave joins us for part two of the virtual tour on episode 6 to discuss why men might have a bad time on the haunted top floor of the old school, convent, and orphanage that is considered Mother Joseph's finest work.  

This amazing historic site is also in grave danger of partial demolition by the City of Vancouver for a dirty development deal under shady circumstances.
