Let's get ready for swim season 2023 with this episode featuring the Gower Swim Team Head Coaches, Anna Clair and Ellis. We had a lot of fun chatting about the "swim team" life and all the traditions that make Gower special. We play a swim edition of cup or cone and even get quizzed on some swim rules by these girls. We have to put a disclaimer that this is a very heavy Gower focused episode:) They can't help it...they just love Gower that much! So, if you are on another swim team...just a little forewarning.
