The villain makes the story they say, well we say that. Villains come in all shapes and sizes, not all of them are ‘the big bad’. Sometimes the villain acts like a friend and reveals their betrayal at a critical moment, other times the villain rises from the dead to claim their power. Point is, there are a lot of ways to introduce a villain.
