This week Alan and Joey are joined by Broadway and TV star Ektor Rivera (On Your Feet! Evita, and Fox’s new series Fantasy Island), and the incredibly talented director Douglas Sanchez. Douglas wrote and directed the upcoming film La Ultima Gira, which Ektor stars in. The film is about the legendary Latin American singer and musical genius, Daniel Santos. Does that last name look familiar? Daniel Santos is Joey’s grandfather! And on this episode, they are discussing all the behind the scenes details about the upcoming film and Ektor’s transformation into Daniel. Tune in to find out what Joey really thinks about Ektor’s performance, the film, and to learn about Douglas’ process and why he wrote this film. As always, we have a guest-inspired cocktail of the week! This week enjoy THE EL JEFE (which has a great story behind it). Find the full recipe and more on @twoguysfromhollywood on Instagram, and @TGFHPodcast on Twitter and Facebook. Cheers!
