In this episode, Ashley and Alex having an open and honest discussion with Alycia, a BCBA and Mom who uses the science in her parenting styles every day. This amazing Mom and BCBA has been working in the field of ABA for 13 years. Her roles have consisted of the clinical setting, school setting, in-home services, 1:1 consultation, and adult workshops. Our guest graduated with her M.A. from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology and currently focuses her practice on parent training while working with both neurodiverse and neurotypical children, toddlers, and teens!
